Industrial Robot Manufacturers

20 companies in the ZeroGantry manufacturer directory.

Industrial robots are the articulated arms, SCARA and delta machines that weld car bodies, tend CNC machines, palletize cases and place electronics components. The market is old and concentrated: FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa and KUKA have shipped robots since the 1970s and together hold a large share of the installed base, with Kawasaki, Nachi, Epson, DENSO and Mitsubishi Electric close behind in their specialties.

China is now the largest market for new installations, and domestic makers such as Estun, Inovance, EFORT and SIASUN compete hard on price in general handling and welding cells. Buyers comparing brands usually weigh payload and reach, repeatability, controller and programming ecosystem, and — often decisive over a 10–15 year service life — local parts and service coverage.

Each profile below lists the maker's headquarters, founding year, product lines and listing status, and links to our robot reference pages and news coverage where we have them. Where a brand has independent service providers in our US repair directory, the profile links there too.
