Humanoid Robot Companies
32 companies in the ZeroGantry manufacturer directory.
Humanoid robots are the most heavily funded corner of robotics. US companies such as Tesla, Figure AI, Agility Robotics, Apptronik and Boston Dynamics are building general-purpose bipeds for factories and warehouses, while 1X targets the home. China has the largest number of humanoid makers — Unitree, UBTECH, AgiBot, Fourier, Galbot, EngineAI and others — supported by state-backed innovation centers in Beijing and Shanghai.
Most humanoid deployments are still pilots: a handful of units moving totes, parts or bins inside a single customer facility. The questions that separate programs are practical — hours of runtime per charge, useful payload, hand dexterity, the autonomy stack, safety certification, unit cost and, increasingly, how fast the company can manufacture at volume.
Profiles below cover hardware makers and, where relevant, the research institutes behind national humanoid programs. Each links to our robot reference specs, spec comparisons and news coverage for that company.
