About ZeroGantry
ZeroGantry is an independent information hub for the robotics industry. It tracks what gets built, what it costs, what it can actually do, and who fixes it when it breaks.
Why this exists
Robotics coverage splits badly. Trade press reports funding rounds; academic sources publish papers; neither tells you what a platform weighs, what it lifts, what it costs to service, or how two machines compare on the specs that matter. ZeroGantry keeps a structured reference — robot specs, manufacturers, patents, reviews, and a US repair directory — alongside daily news, so the numbers stay one click from the story.
Who runs it
Mark Tretner — Founder. Founder of ZeroGantry. Builds and maintains the site's editorial pipelines, robot catalog, and repair directory.
Corrections are made on the original page with the revision timestamp updated.
How the coverage is produced
Dispatches are drafted with AI models using live web search, then checked against primary sources before publish. Every article requires real citation URLs and an original analysis take; the robot catalog, patent records, and repair directory are maintained as structured data rather than generated prose. Full detail is in our editorial methodology.
What we don't do
ZeroGantry does not sell robots, parts, or repair services, and takes no payment for coverage or directory placement. Catalog and directory pages are editorial references — contact manufacturers and service providers directly for quotes.
